Product Description

Prefold PHS Fusion Variable Plus is a factory-folded, full-adhesive tape designed for airtight and vapour-controlled sealing of window and door reveals. Its intelligent variable vapour permeability adapts to seasonal humidity—becoming more vapour-closed in winter to prevent moisture entering the building fabric, and more vapour-open in summer to allow trapped moisture to dry out internally. This helps prevent interstitial condensation and supports long-term building health.

The tape features a high-tack adhesive suitable for internal and external use, even at low temperatures. Its special transverse stretch accommodates structural movement, ensuring durable, long-lasting seals. It can be plastered and painted over, remaining completely concealed once installed.

We provide delivery services to any address within the Republic of Ireland. Please anticipate a delivery time frame of 1 to 3 working days. Once your order is dispatched, we will promptly notify you via email. Please be aware that deliveries are not conducted on weekends or bank holidays.
